| Das Periflex' -Wellenkupplungs-Könzept Die Stromag Periflex®-Wellenkupplung ist eine hochelastische Gummi-Gewebe-Kupplung, besonders geeignet für die Verbindung zweier Wellen in dieselmotorischen und elektrischen Antrieben. Die Baureihe erstreckt sich über den Drehmomentbereich von 25 - 15000 Nrn. Die Periflex®-Wellenkupplung kann wegen der besonderen Ausbildung des Wellenreifens extrem große Verlagerungen, bei geringen Rückstellkräften, in jeder Richtung aufnehmen, s. Liste technische Daten, ohne daß sich das als Verschleiß bemerkbar macht. Der Reifen ist durch eine werkseitige Trennfuge standardmäßig radial montierbar und demontierbar, ohne Verschieben der verbundenen Maschinen. Die Übertragung des Drehmomentes in der Periflex®-Wellen-kupplung erfolgt absolut spielfrei. Sie ist geeignet zur Aufnahme von Drehmomentstößen und dämpft auftretende Schwingungen. | Series Periflex1-shaft couplings The Stromag Periflex® shaft coupling is a highly-flexible rubber fabric coupling, in particular suitable to link two shafts in diesel-engine and electric drives. The torque range of this series is 25 Nm to 15000 Nm. Due to the special form of the shaft tyre, the Periflex® shaft coupling is able to compensate extremely large offsets in every direction without generating wear. In the works the tyre is provided with a parting line as a standard thus allowing the radial mounting and dismantling. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
