Stonlok XLS is a flexible, interlocking tile floor system for both industrial and commercial applications. These tiles are suitable for new floors as well as existing. Stonlok XLS tiles are 19.7 in./500mm squares that are 3/16 in./5 mm thick. Stonlok XLS tiles require no adhesives or initial preparation and can be put in use immediately following installation.

Stonlok XLS has a unique X-style interlocking system which creates a durable, safe surface for light, medi­um and heavy traffic conditions. Stonlok XLS can be installed quickly over a variety of substrates including worn surfaces. This system provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance along with good chemical resistance (see Chemical Resistance section.) Stonlok XLS may be used to encapsulate question­able substrates including substrates contaminated with asbestos or oil.

Stonlok XLS is suitable for application over concrete, wood, brick, quarry tile,metal, asphalt, mastic, gypsum based products, painted surfaces, and tile. There is no need to prep or remove existing substrates or coatings.

Stonlok XLS is packaged in units for easy handling. Each unit consists of 10 Stonlok tiles.

Each unit of Stonlok XLS will cover approximately 26.5 sq.ft.

Store all components of Stonlok XLS in a dry area with temperatures between 60 to 85°F/16 to 30°F. Allow the Stonlok XLS tiles to sit for a minimum of 12 hours prior to installation.

Note: The above physical properties were measured in accordance with the referenced standards. Samples of the actual floor system were used as test specimens.

Stonlock floors are resistant to many chemicals, including:

Sodium Hydroxide (48%) Methanol

Hydrochloric Acid (25%) Propanol

Hydrogen Peroxide (30%) Toluene

Sulfuric Acid (25%) Oils & Salts

Area must be smooth and flat prior to installation of Stonlok XLS. Any holes or imperfections must be fixed prior to the installation of Stonlok XLS.
