SADS(STAND-ALONE DRYING SYSTEM)

The Stoelting OmniJet in-line drying module is a stand-alone SMEMA-compatible unit, constructed of stainless steel. It can be integrated into a production line, operating in conjunction with virtually any in-line cleaner. The OmniJet uses a unique high temperature/high flow air drying technology (not achievable in units of plastic design) that completely removes and evaporates water from even the most dense and complex electronic assemblies. This includes densely populated boards with or without connectors, fine pitch flip chip and BGA applications, and flexi- ble circuits.The system’s high-process efficiency results in higher throughput from the user’s existing cleaners, no longer limitedby dryer inefficiency. The OmniJet CBW-SADS stand alone in-line drying system is meant to replace or supplement inefficient drying stages of other in-line cleaners. The SMEMA compatible system, with its small footprint, can be integrated into a production line after virtually any in-line cleaner, increasing throughput once limited by drying.The main benefit of the OmniJet CBW-SADS is lower production cost per unit through increased capacity in yourpresent system.
