The RTW, Stoelting's new generation of small industrialparts washers, eliminates all CFC-based solvents and
replaces them with an environmentally safe alternative.
Utilizing below submergence spray with a rotating
fixture, the RTW provides results that meet or exceedyour cleaning specifications for small parts cleaningapplications. Its modular stainless steel construction
allows the small shop or work cell to start economically
with a single wash section and add additional wash,
rinse and/or heated blowoff sections at a later date.
Quiet zone for oil removal and chip collection includes oil skimmer andremovable chip basket.The heated blowoff module also accepts two(2) baskets of parts. The Stoelting designedair plenum/air knife system provides up to250ĖF of high volume air for drying.
Solution tanks include 21 KWimmersion heaters and 3 HP pump.
Heated blowoff tank includes 3 HP, 600
CFM blower and 10 KW air heater.
Each module accepts two (2) standard18"W x 12"D x 6"H shop baskets
(custom baskets and fixturing available).Baskets of parts (100 lb. load capacity) areimmersed in solution (120 gallons,140ĖF). Cleaning actions include sprayunder immersion, variable rotation andultrasonics (optional).
