The MPW Cleaning Cycle

The parts drop into anagitated solution to begin the cleaning process. Oil skimmer removes floatingpetroleum based waste oils (coalescer optional). In addition to being cleanedwhile submerged, parts arecontinuously sprayed as theytravel up the conveyor. Adjustable spray pressurew/gauge. Quick release sprayheader for maintenance. At unload, parts are stripped of excess solution by ambient airblowoff. Heated blowoff module optional
(see below). Variable speed conveyor (1-9 ft./min.) to match speed of auxiliary equipment.
