| STOE 9/9 - X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETER SYSTEM | |||

| The STOE 0/8 - X-ray Diffractometer System is a multi-purpose instrument which combines the advantages of the 0/6-arrangement of X-ray tube and counter with a flexible choice of beam geometry, sample holders and other attachments. STOE instruments are developed by scientists for scientists. Thus the construction of the instruments and its comprehensive STOE software package fit optimally the requirements of industry and research institutes. STOE instruments are delivered pre-aligned. So an optimal alignment takes only a few minutes using our adjusting kits. | X-ray tube and counter circles are driven independently, while the sample is always kept in a horizontal position. The STOE 8/8-Diffractometer provides excellent Bragg-Brentano diffraction data of high resolution. High and low temperature chambers and a humidity device are adaptable, preferably to be used with the STOE Linear Position Sensitive Detector. Measurements at low angles and a thin film attachment for parallel-beam geometry allow the study of thin films and multilayers. Using the open Eulerian cradle for stress and texture investigations the instrument is an optimal tool in material science. | ||
