STMicroelectronics offers a wide selection of high voltage power MOSFETs for power-meter designers who require an effi cient solution for either single or three-phase meters.The portfolio includes the highly reliable devices of the SuperMESH™ and MDmesh™ series for low power- dissipation meters, and the 1500 V series specifi cally developed for 3-phase auxiliary power supplies. A 10 W demoboard using the STW3N150 will be available as the STEVAL-ISA034V1 from Q4 2007.
