•Heavy-duty housing—the die-cast housing and stainless steel actuator make the HP6009 hinge-operated switch ideal for heavy-duty applications•NEMA 6 enclosure enables the HP6009 to withstand water washdown cleaning•Easy installation—the pre-bored shaft with set screw enables the HP6009 to be easily installed on an existing hinge pin. A solid shaft is also available.•Adjustable cam limits guard door opening from 5 to 11 degrees before safety contacts are opened•Long life—the HP6009 with its stainless steel shaft is designed for a minimum of ten million actuations•Safety switch conformity—the HP6009, with its force-guided contacts and tamper-resistant mechanism, conforms to the European safety standards indicated here.
