Text version of the page
? Strength and "anti shock" The properties of the composite material gives maximum durability of the blowgun.? Efficient Integral nozzle is completely leak-tight assuring optimal performance. The blowgun provides the userwith a very sensitive control of the air jet.The direction of the air jet is aligned with the forearm to avoid unnecessary strain.

The new generation Stäubli blowgun. - 7527 w ith high performance materials.

Minimises the risk of repetitive strain injury.

Innovation

? Reduces your quality costs caused by damage to surfaces. ? The Stäubli styling combines lightness and ease of operation. Non scratch Ergonomic Not only the body of the blowgun but also the nozzle.

The Stubli blowgun derives many qualities from its unique construction in high strength composite materials.

Safety

? SIL : Combines full strength air jet and low noise level. ? MIK : Creates air shield effect which protects the user by preventing shavings or dust blowing back. These models are available in 3 versions: - to operate on line pressure or, - to operate on low safety pressure limited to :- 3 bar (2S3). -1.5 bar (2S15) ? OSHA : ? ZEP : Direct and concentrated air jet. Combines full strengthair jet and safety: 2 side holes for exhaust automatically limit the outlet pressure in caseof contact. 2S3 and 2S15 safeties The reduction of dynamic pressure is made with a system that cannot be bypassed. The 2S3 and 2S15 versions allow you to fit working stations with low pressure blowing whilst still using line pressure (6 bar).
