Easy and quick, the manual bayonet system enables your mould clamping with a simple action on a removable operating lever. It adapts, without interfacing, to all small and medium machines (up to 300 t), for all temperatures up to 200°C (*) and to all types of moulds including those with complex forms. Installation requires neither prior training nor hydraulic connection. 2 models: - QMC 105: for moulding machines up to 80 t and moulds up to 900 kg. - QMC 106: for moulding machines up to 300 t and moulds up to 2 000 kg. The hydraulic system is particularly suited to entirely automated mould changes. It is suitable for a wide range of moulding machines (from 100 to 5 400 t). The maximum service temperature is 80°C in standard version with higher temperatures as an option (*). Compact and robust in construction, it is used with standardised backplates and enables the use of a safety interface with the moulding machine. Proximity detectors monitor the “clamped” and “unclamped” positions during operation. 2 models: - QMC 100: single action cylinders - QMC 101: double action cylinders The hydraulic circuit can be supplied by a separate hydraulics group within Stäubli; please contact us. 9 Mechanical manual clamping Hydraulic automatic clamping (*) Maximum service temperature of the contact zone between mould and clamping system.
