Because the performance of a system also depends on its ease of operation the IMAG provides many additional functions. 3 user levels depending on access codes - Service mode (Stäubli) technician: Installation, setting parameters and maintenance. - Chief operator mode: access to the history, date, language, PIN code and machine forces. - Operator mode: all the information necessary for mould changing. History - Access to the last 700 operations carried out, (this represents about 3 month’s operation). Saving of the initial clamping force of every mould. User interface available in many languages. 5 Positioning interactivity at the heart of the safety process. - The IMAG interface allows the operator to confirm very easily all the safety points necessary in advance of clamping / declamping. ACTIVE SAFETY - The IMAG is a communication tool between the press and its clamping system, and it displays signals from the machine according to Euromap 70 and SPI AN-145.
