| The Static Eliminator JS Series Shockless Ionizing Air Nozzles are highly efficient, powerful static eliminators, producing a stream of ionized compressed air to clean and neutralize static in the manufacturing arena. A / shockless design delivering high pressure, low volume ionized air with pinpoint accuracy makes this nozzle ideal for: ► Use in the tight confines of modern automated equipment ► Dramatically improving the effectiveness of compressed air blow-off by eliminating electrostatic attraction that causes particles to cling to surfaces. ► Eliminating multiple fed sheets on your sheet-fed press. Use them singularly or in a series to turn compressed air into a powerful static fighting tool. Note: Alpha Shielded HV cable must be factory installed; specify quantity of JST nozzles and o.c. spacing layout of all nozzles on order Order a model TSN75 Rower Supply with 2 HV output ports or a model J167 Rower Supply with 4 HV output ports to energize the JS Nozzle system. For non-shielded HV cable, specify length of HV cable kit needed to connect to a Static Clean Power Supply or other compatible power source (contact a Static Clean representative for cross-referencing manufacturer/model.) Ten (10) feet and twenty (20) feet are standard lengths. Custom lengths available by consulting the factory. For Alpha shielded HV cable, six (6) feet is the standard length. Custom lengths available by consulting the factory (must be factory installed.) Note: Alpha shielded HV cable can not be cut in the field.
