100% tested quality

Our quality management system is monitored by a recognized testing authority, the PTB, and orients itself to the specific interests of development, production and quality assurance of ex- plosion protected apparatus and types of protection. This procedure guarantees that our products and services are manufactured and performed in accordance with the most current norms, directives and highest level of standards. At R.STAHL, 100% tested quality takes the form of quali- fied personnel working at all stages of production. Routine tests are executed on all Ex-relevant parts and components. 100% of our flameproof enclosures are tested for mechanical load, hardness and material composition. This can be effected by pressure testing with air or water. Dimensional stability is individually tested at all flameproof gaps. We utilise the more than 1500 Pressure test > hydrostatic
