Leakage oils consist of bed and spindle lubricants which together with the coolants/lubricants are flushed into the machine reservoir where the free-floating oils are. If these oil are not removed continuously, they will seal the surface whereby a fertile soil is created for bacteria which partly emit a bad odour and may cause an allergic rash or serious infections on the machine operator. This oil skimmer is one of the smallest oil skimmers on the European market, and it is therefore extremely simple to integrate into existing machines.
