Ringing Generator

APPLICATION The Ringing Generator RCG 1001 produces high voltage, low frequency sinus signals with an RMSvalue of 100 V (calling signal).The RCG 1001 provides the possibility to add a second high frequency signal (signal). Three different curve shapes are available (sinus, triangle, square). DESCRIPTION Both signals can be selected independently. The signals can be clipped with the help of a pushbutton or external instrument(Sparnex – MIG 1001) for specific impulse/pause timing. In addition the RCG 1001 contains an RMS-responsive instrument andindicates the adjusted frequency.The necessary terminating impedances (0 Ω , 200 Ω , 7,5 K Ω , “response”, “no response”) for verifying the response sensitivity(FTZ-directions 1TR2) are integrated.The output-current is limited to 100mA or customer adaptable. A LED indicates if the current has been limited. Another LEDwarns for higher voltages (> 45 rms) on the output - jack.
