sortimat SMM Multicontrollers Control systems sortimat SMM Multicontrollers are suitable for end-to-end feeder systems as well as for small, yet just as complex, units. Using these reliable devices, you can control up to three vibratory feeders, such as bowl feeders, hoppers and linear tracks. Alternatively, two vibratory feeders can be combined with two stepper motors. In either case, the devices can also manage up to eight double solenoid valves, for downstream handling or separation, for instance. SMM Multicontrollers are cost-effective and easyto- use alternatives to PLCs. What’s more, they feature plain-text messages, and display faults and the number of parts processed. They even include fault localization, reproducible parameterization, and monitoring functions. Password-protected access with predefined user rights prevents unauthorized changes to settings.
