sortimat Clearliner  Handling systems Clearliner is ideal for rapidly and reliably feeding small parts that cannot be easily fed in bulk because they risk being damaged or becoming tangled. All modules for this innovative handling system are standardized and volume-made for shorter lead time. However, we can also tailor Clearliner to your unique needs by adding made-to-measure components. All versions are suitable for cleanrooms of class 10,000 – and they can be constructed for higher classes, where necessary. What’s more, uptime is guaranteed – mainly thanks to the design concept that minimizes machine vibration, and performance rating with a generous allowance. A universal, open programmable logic controller (PLC) ensures that Clearliner can be integrated seamlessly into the assembly process. Choose from versions designed to handle tray sizes of 300 x 400 mm to 600 x 800 mm or trays for Euro/ISO pallets. Moreover, depending on your requirements, you can benefit from the speed version of Clearliner – and choose between a fully automatic machine with a conveyor belt and a version with a trolley. It is also possible to incorporate testing, labelling devices and printers.
