sortimat SML 40 linear vibratory conveyors sortimat shaft feeders Conveyor systems sortimat SML 40 linear vibratory conveyors are easy to use, are of compact design, and feature high throughput. They transport components quickly from the feeder unit to the next stage in production. In addition, feed tracks of up to 430 mm in length can be easily attached. For optimum performance, the feed tracks should be installed asymmetrically. Benefits: Compact design Reliable, durable and fast sortimat shaft feeders are particularly suitable for oily/greasy components and, thanks to the open design of the output section, they can be easily integrated into almost any production system. Components are held between two fixed parallel poles that incline downwards and rotate rapidly in opposite directions. This mechanism gently and rapidly feeds the components to a separating unit.
