The Sonobond SureWeld 20 Ultrasonic Plastics
Welder manufacturer provides exceptional performance for bonding large plastic
parts or hard-to-weld materials. The SureWeld 20 system
consists of a rugged
welding press and a heavy-duty 1000-
to 3000-watt power supply. High power output at a 20 kHz
welding frequency enables the SureWeld 20 to achieve
superior performance in the toughest
plastic assembly, metal fastener insertion and textile fabrication.Sonobond custom configures welding horns and nests orfixtures for optimum SureWeld 20 performance with each customer's specific application. It can easily be equipped
with tooling for welding, inserting, degating, staking, and
swaging/forming.
