These comprise standard bench top ultrasonic machines used for both general and specialised cleaning applications and custom made special purpose machines to suit your particular requirements. In addition to these machines we have a range of immersible transducers and generators that will fi t into any existing and new tank size used in your cleaning process. There are numerous industrial cleaning applications ranging from a single tank ultrasonic cleaner upto a multi tank auto staged cleaning, rinsing and drying systems. Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaning Machines Soniclean has designed a range of Stencil Cleaning Machines used for cleaning electronic printed circuit boards and stencils used in the electronic manufacturing process. These machines feature automatic fi lling and detergent dosage along with programmable touch keypad operation. The machine also has the capability to measure the turbidity and fi lter the liquid when turbidity levels are reached thus saving on water, chemicals, time and energy. The stencil cleaners have a number of safety and operating features that include level sensors, turbidity control, auto fi ltering, power levels, degassing and cleaning time settings.
