transfers the dosed product to the end point with the same accuracy.
The conveyor can be configured in elevation.The conveyor type and the maximum length depend on the product it is handling and the throughputrequired.
Range of conveyor : 1 to 20 meters. Several manufacturer of conveyors can be joined together as a continuous transfert.The device DM is made up of a tube included an inlet chute which receives the dosed product, anoutlet chute fitted with an anti-blockage switch and a spiral.
The spiral which handles the product is rotated at a fixed speed.
Compared to the metering spiral which works by saturation, the conveyor DM is made in the view to working
30% full. It allows greater lengths of handling more than a metering unit.
In case of variable throughput, the conveyor DM is calibrated to ensure a regular flow of the product from the
minimum throughput to the maximum without changing the rotation speed of the spiral. PRINCIPLE ADVANTAGES Mechanical discharge, without air or vibration, there fore without contamination or compaction.Totally sealed and dustproof.
