INTRODUCTION

Assembly including two main parts having different functions :- The big bag emptying system adjustable for industrial containers ensures automatic and total container emptying into buffer hopper, without compacting the product.- The arch breaker-metering unit type ZFP/DM which ensures product flowing inside buffer hopper and volumetric metering.

PRINCIPLE

The big bag can be loaded by fork lift or by hoist manufacturers. The container lies on the vibrating dish pilot operated by the level probe located in the buffer hopper. The vibrations occur only if there is a lack of product to avoid compacted product. As the big bag becomes empty , the big bag liner is maintained tightened by the telescopic beam which raises automatically to facilitate natural product flow and obtain complete emptying. The buffer hopper is then constantly fed to maintain the metering unit full. The arch breaker ensures product flow inside buffer hopper and metering unit feeding. The metering conveyor can be rigid or flexible and raise product to the point to be fed.

ADVANTAGES

- Compact assembly. - Adjustable emptying system. - Container handling easiness. - Complete emtying. - Sealing increased.- Can accept Big Bag up to 2 Tons.- Easy assembly. - Self loading station version.(option) - Direct dosing.
