Model S Seven WaysPactecon Delivers Economical, Trouble- free Air Pollution Control

The Pactecon Model Sis an economical designengineered specifically forapplications where it is practical to shutdown theprocess periodically forfilter cleaning. A shaking device effectively breaks the dust cake and cleansthe bags. Filters areshipped with a hand operated shaking deviceor optional motorizedshaker. Solid state timers for control of the shakecycle are available asoptions. Using either method, it is recom-mended that the entirefilter bank be shaken for 1 or 2 minutes at 4 to 8 hour intervals.Units contain 1 to 12sections with four bags per section. The standardpolyester bag filters gasstreams up to 275°F. Maximum Efficiencies: From cement to carbon black, we have the filtermedia to meet EPAemission standards. Low Maintenance: Aminimum number ofmoving parts means long,trouble-free service. Easy Accessibility: Allinspections, adjustments orrepairs, including bagchanges, are made from outside the filter case. Low Cost: Pactecon sellsfor less per CFM than othercomparable dust filters. Compactness: Slyenvelope bag filters havealways been the mostcompact in the industry. The Pactecon requires lesscubic feet of space per unitcapacity than our already compact line. Sly’s rectangularenvelope bags pack morefilter cloth per cubic foot into the smallest space.The smaller the collector,the less floor space is taken up and and shaking device installed. You only have tomount the Pactecon on oursupports or your base, andbolt on hoppers. Fans are shipped installed when sizepermits. Your installationtime and costs are reduced by 1/3.
