Algemeen Toepassing Dutair industriële ventilatoren bestaan uit een
robuust ventilatorhuis van gietaluminium. De
waaiers zijn gemaakt van staal of aluminium. Deasynchrone motoren zijn onderhoudsvrij envoorzien van duurzame kogellagers. Alle
modellen zijn uitgerust met geheel gesloten IP54
motoren, behalve de typen NT, die IP20 zijn.De maximale omgevingstemperatuur bedraagt40ºC. De maximum temperatuur van het te
verplaatsen gas is 80ºC, behalve bij de typen BH
BT. Voor deze serie geldt een maximum
temperatuur van 200ºC. De ventilatoren zijn gebouwd voor continubedrijf
en mogen in elke willekeurige positie worden
gemonteerd.Alle ventilatoren zijn geschikt voor het verplaatsenvan schone tot vervuilde gassen. Indien de
gassen schurende stoffen bevatten, zal dit tot
slijtage van het inwendige van de ventilatorleiden.De serie BCT ventilatoren zijn bij uitstek geschikt
voor materiaaltransport, zoals houtstof en
spaanders, plastic afvalstukjes en dergelijke. Uitvoering Uitgebreide documentatie Standaard zijn de ventilatoren voorzien van 230V
éénfase- of 230/400V resp. 400/690V
driefasenmotoren in 50 Hz. Speciale spanningen
zijn op aanvraag verkrijgbaar.De grafieken in deze brochure geven decapaciteiten aan de blaaszijde van de ventilator.

General Application Dutair
industrial ventilators are made of a robust
body of die-cast aluminium alloy. Impellers are
made of steel or aluminium. The asynchronouselectric motors are maintenance free andprovided with long life ball bearings. All models
have fully closed IP54 motors, except for the NT-
series, which are equipped with IP20 motors.The maximum room temperature is 40ºC. Themaximum temperature of the gases to be handled
is 80ºC, except for ventilators of the BH BT-series.
The temperature for these models is limited to
200ºC. These ventilators are constructed for continuous
use and are allowed to be mounted in any
possible position.All ventilators are suitable for handling clean orpolluted gasses. When gases contain abrasive
material, it will result in wear of the interior of the
ventilator.The BCT-series are especially used fortransportation of small material like wood dust
and chips, plastic waist and the like. Specifications Dutair ventilators are standard equipped with230V single phase or 230/400V res. 400/690Vthree phase motors in 50 Hz. Custom made
specials for different voltages are available on
request.The curves in this brochure are showing thecapacities at the pressure side of the ventilator.
