PC / Laptop Interface (Win’Sise 2000) WIN’SISE is an application running under Windows® 9x / NT / 2000 / XP developped for communication between the SISE Ranges of Hot Runner Controllers and Mould Temperature Controllers. l Control parameters modification : 4 Setpoint modification 4 BOOST activation 4 Alarms adjustments 4 Zones grouping 4 Zones labelling l Multilingual interface l Mold / Hot Runner pictures with zones indications l Temperature / defaults recording l Link between the SISE device and a PC is done through RS 232 / RS 485 / USB depending on device type. MOLDSCAN l AN EASIER MOLD MAINTENANCE ! Moldscan informs on the following parameters : 4 Electrical power in Watts of each of the heating element installed in your mold 4 Resistance value in Ohm of each of the heating element installed in your mold 4 Presence or not or a thermocouple, zone by zone Moldscan save all of this information in a reference file. During the start up of production, Moldscan can start an analysis which compares zone by zone measured and saved values. If there are differences found , Moldscan points out possible reasons of variation l A REAL-TIME HOT RUNNER MONITORING ! Moldscan is also able of analysing permanently the changes in the heating power needed by each zone. So when a zone acts in a abnormal manner (hot runner leak, heater partial breakdown, earthed resistance), Moldscan triggers on an alarm in real-time. In case of an high or low temperature alarm, or a significant change in the heating power during the control phase, Moldscan can be configurated so that it analyses the thermal behaviour of the zone : 4 State of thermocouple: problem of reversal or shortcircuit signalled. 4 Calculation of installed electric power and comparison with the referenced file. 4 Validation of the good functioning of the triac.
