A dedicated server PC in the workshop offers the possibility to upload production data in real time from production machines via machine terminals. This PC may eventually be connected to the factory network. This work station will also shoulder the data base. he PC allows the display in real time of machine status, progress of production order, the status of moulds, shifts, etc.. Other work stations can also access data (real time or batch) through Ethernet, whereas access rights and reports can be configured individually for each user. ”Cyclades” runs in WINDOWS™ 2000 / XP / Vista Pro - ”Cyclades” is developed using Visual Basic and C Language, linked to an SQL 2005 data base. - ”Cyclades” is a user-friendly and open system making the upload and download of data with an other software (Production Planning, Maintenance Planning, …). - ”Cyclades” offers three types of terminal (T16, T20, T34G) thus allowing the monitoring of the workshop, from the simplest to the most performing in terms of data upload (graphical display, SPC on parts and/or machine,…). The three terminal types are completely interchangeable and can be combined in one workshop configuration. The monitoring of your workshop is customized and will be configured to match your requirement. - ”Cyclades” offers as an option, an SPC module (statistical process control) parts and machine, meeting many standard SPC requirements (Ford, etc …).
