Project case study: Automatic production line for punching, marking and cutting of stainless steel band /0,25 mm/ Automatic production line for punching of holes, marking and subsequently for cutting of stainless steel band with width 50 - 210 mm and thickness 0,2 - 1 mm. This production line is used for manufacturing of passive fire protection covers Pacifyre. About customer Walraven is a family business based on the old Dutch business tradition. In 1942 a tin ware factory was founded which grew in well-organized steps to its present size with more than 400 employees. Experienced pipe fitter Van Walraven almost reached the age of 50 when he breaks new ground in 1942. Since 1947 Walraven has begun the production of the first pipe clamps. The same clamp is still being manufactured today on a higher quality level. Nowadays this is one of the many hundreds of innovative fixing products, which leaves the gates of the Walraven factory every day. Except these delivers Walraven also fire stops to prevent the spread of fire through pipe apertures. Main representative of this category is Pacifyre. All cover of Pacifyre is produced on automatic production line from SIRIUS.
