Con la tecnologia di saldatura a vibrazione circolare, si possono saldare pezzi realizzati in materiale termoplastico con forme geometriche complesse o dove il materiale stesso non è saldabile con le tecnologie convenzionali (ultrasuoni - lama calda). La saldatrice a vibrazione VSP409 è stata progettata e costruita con le più moderne tecnologie. La vibrazione è di tipo circolare. A differenza delle normali saldatrici a vibrazione esistenti, il movimento è ottenuto attraverso lo sbilanciamento meccanico di un albero avente una geometria particolare. Questo è molto importante in quanto i posaggi possono essere realizzati direttamente dal cliente. Le soluzioni meccaniche ed elettriche disponibili permettono di lavorare in condizioni ottimali e con ampie possibilità di regolazioni, adattando così la saldatrice ai più svariati problemi di saldatura. La struttura della saldatrice è molto robusta. Il basamento e la colonna sono realizzati in acciaio verniciato. Il motore che aziona l’albero centrale è di tipo Brushless con innovativo sistema di posizionamento elettronico. Il movimento della testa porta trasduttore è pneumatico, gestito da valvola proporzionale ed avviene su guide prismatiche di alta precisione. Una delle caratteristiche più importanti di questa saldatrice è certamente il sistema di controllo ciclo gestito completamente da MICROPROCESSORE. E’ possibile saldare con la funzione tempo o con la funzione quota determinata da una riga ottica con risoluzione centesimale. Per ogni fase del ciclo, discesa, saldatura e impaccamento, è possibile programmare pressioni di spinta differenti. Il microprocessore permette di memorizzare 10 programmi di saldatura. The vibration welder VSP409 has been designed and manufactured using the most updated technologies. The vibration is circular. Contrarily to the existing common welders, the motion is got through the unbalancing of the shaft, that has a particular geometry. This is very important, as the customer can do the fixtures by himself. The available mechanical and electrical solutions allow to operate under optimal conditions and with a wide of regulation possibilities adjusting the welder to different welding problems. The welder structure is very strong. The basement and the column are in painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is a Brushless type with the innovative electronic system set. The movement of the transducer head holder is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve and it takes place on high precision prismatic guides. One of the most important feature of this welder is certainly the cycle control system completely run by a MICROPROCESSOR. It is possible to weld with time mode or with quote mode function controlled by an encoder with centesimal resolution. In every phase of the cycle, head down, welding and compression, it is possible to set different thrust pressures. The microprocessor allows to save 10 welding programs.
