La saldatura a ultrasuoni produce, in genere, unaforte rumorosità. Il decreto legislativo 277/91 e successivamente la legge 626/96 (tutela e sicurezza nell’ambiente di la- voro) hanno stabilito che la soglia di rumorosità di una attrezzatura industriale deve essere al di sotto di 80dB. La cabina fonoassorbente abbatte la rumorosità pro- dotta ed è adatta a contenere tutte le saldatrici a ultrasuoni costruite da Sirius Electric. La cabina è realizzata con strutturale in alluminio anodizzato, con pannelli in resina melaminica e con rivestimento interno con materassino fonoassorbente in resina poliestere espansa ignifuga Classe 1 (UL94). Per l’accesso al vano interno, sono presenti tre porte con maniglia e serratura di sicurezza. La porta frontale è dotata di scorrevole trasparente di grandi dimensioni (800 x 400 mm.) azionato da cilindro pneumatico. Sulla parte frontale è presente la pulsantiera con i comandi. La cabina può essere fornita in due modelli:- da banco- completa di baseLa base ha un piano di appoggio di alluminio spes-sore 15 mm. ed è dotata di piedini regolabili.
