Supporto convertitore US 400
Il supporto per ¡I convertitore dei generatori serie
US 400 è stato progettato e realizzato per effet-
tuare operazioni di saldatura manuale con
ultrasuoni che richiedono particolare cura ed at-
tenzione.
Una di queste operazioni manuali è certamente
l'inserimento di parti metalliche (inserti) in pezzi
realizzati in materiale termoplastico.
L'inserto deve essere piantato con precisione e
normalmente deve assumere una posizione per-
pendicolare al foro recettore
L'utilizzo del supporto consente di effettuare age-
volmente e con ripetibilità questa operazione.
La particolare struttura a pantografo consente
di ottenere ampi spostamenti. La molla a gas
presente permette di dosare la forza di spinta e
di bilanciare il peso del trasduttore affinchè l'ope-
ratore non sia affaticato.
Il supporto deve essere installato rigidamente
sul piano di lavoro.
Supporting converter US 400 series
The support for the converter of the US 400
generator series, has been made and projected
in order to carry out ultrasonic manual welding
that require special care and attention.
One of these operations is the insertion of
metallic parts (inserts) inside thermoplastic
material pieces.
The insert must be fixed with precision and
normally must have a perpendicular position to
the receiving hole.
The using of the support allows you to make
this operation easily and with repeatability. The
special pantograph structure permits you to
obtain wide movements. The gas spring allows
you to dose the push torce and to balance the
weight of the converter, so that the operator will
not get tired.
The support must be stiffly installed on the
worktable.
