La cucitrice a ultrasuoni SEW-R 010 è stata progettata e costruita con le più moderne tecnologie (CAD, CNC). Questa cucitrice, di moderna concezione, è adatta per la cucitura di tessuti sintetici, in alternativa alla tradizionale cucitura con filo. Il sonotrodo e la rotella di contrasto, ruotano con la stessa velocità. In questo modo, la saldatura avviene senza ostacoli. La velocità è regolabile in modo da adattare la cucitrice ai diversi tessuti. Il generatore di ultrasuoni utilizzato ha una potenza di 500 Watt, con frequenza di 36 KHz. Tutti i parametri di saldatura sono regolabili: - velocità di trasporto - ampiezza di vibrazione - pressione di spinta - quota di saldatura Sono disponibili varie geometrie di saldatura con la semplice sostituzione della ruota di trasporto e riscontro. In questo modo si possono ottenere finte cuciture con disegno variabile.
