| | | Founded by Lamberto Vanti in Milan In 1946 under the name RAI: Industrial Automatic Regulators (Regolatori Automatici Industriali) the company initially manufactured components for heating and air-conditioning systems, three-pole pressure switches suppliers, electric servomotors, electromagnetic and motorised valves. The corporate name was changed to SIRAI® in 1947. The product range expanded in the fifties with pneumatic Instrumentation being added to the production of electromechanical components. The gradual development of industrial automation created a growing demand for solenoid valves, leading the company to move Into this specialised field. In 1963, the consequent Increase in production made Inevitable the transfer to the new factory in Pioltello, In the surroundings of Milan. In 1977, a subsidiary company, Delta S.r.l, was set up to manufacture solenoids and coils, basic components for solenoid valves. This was when the company began to produce first the micro solenoid valves and then the total isolation (DRY) and pinch solenoid valve versions in addition to the original general purpose solenoid valves, n 1985 Giorgio Traili joined the company and the foundations for future developments were laid. \t the beginning of the nineties the company achieved two Important objectives: the transfer to he new factory In Busserò and ISO 9001 certification of the Company Quality System. The last ew years have been marked by the consolidation of the company's penetration of the domestic and International market, proof of the validity of the choices made. ]- - Entstanden 1946 in Mailand, gegründet von Herrn Lamberto Vanti mit der Firmenbezeichnung RAI (Regolatori Automatici Industriali), werden anfänglich Komponenten für Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen erzeugt, dreipolige Druckwächter, elektrische Stellmotoren, Magnetventile und ynotofgesteuerte Ventile. 1947wird die Firmenbezeichnung in SIRAP geändert. Im Laufe der 50er Jahre erweitert sich die Produktpalette: zu den elektromechanischen Komponenten kommen nun auch pneumatische Steuerungen hinzu. Mit der zunehmenden Automatisierung in der Industrie wächst der Bedarf an Magnetventilen und das Unternehmen beschließt, sich in diesem Gebiet \zu spezialisieren. Den wachsende Umsatz macht 1963 eine Übersiedlung in ein neues Werk uri Pioltello, im Mailänder Hinterland, unerlässlich. 1977 entsteht die Beteiligungsgesellschaft Delta Sri. zur Fertigung von Elektromagneten und Spulen, grundlegende Komponenten der Magnetventile. In der zweiten Hälfte der 70er Jahre kommen zur Produktion der Magnetventile für den allgemeinen Einsatz zuerst die "Mikromagnetventile" und anschließend die Bautypen 'Trockenlaufmagnetventile" (DRY) und "Schlauchklemm-Magnetventile" hinzu. 1985 tritt Dr. Giorgio Trolli in die Gesellschaft ein und es wird der Grundstock für die zukünftigen Ausrichtungen gesetzt. Zu Beginn der 90er Jahre werden zwei wichtige Ziele erreicht: der Bezug des neuen Werks in Bussero und die Zertifizierung des Betriebsqualitäts wesens nach ISO 9001.
