SIKA temperature sensors are made of selected materials and, therefore, gua­rantee increased service life and reliabi­lity in various temperature ranges. Depending of applications there are va­rious sensor types, cable materials and immersion tubes available.

Following sensor types are available:

- PTC KTY 81-121

- NTC 103 AT 2

- Resistance thermo. Pt 100 / Pt 1000

- Thermocouples K or J.

Connection cables made of PVC, Silico­ne or Vetrotex are available in various lengths.

Depending on the application, the main­ly cylindrical immersion tube is made of either Nylon, stainless steel or Inconel. For further sensor protection, encapsu­lation materials, such as resin, are used. Customised versions are also available.

For various applications there are nu­merous variants available to meet your individual demands. The design possibilities of even the smallest series provide you with the perfect design with regard to ergono-mic features.

The 1-line 7-segment LED display is available in a red as well as blue de­sign.

The 2-line version is available in the co­lour combinations red/green or red/orange.

You decide which version is best for your application.

A variety of colours are also available for the front panels. We supply stone grey, silver, silver metallic, bronze and white front panels. This provides further advantages for the individual de­sign of controllers with front dimensi­ons of 75 x 33 mm or 48 x 48 mm.

If you desire the integration of additio­nal operating elements, such as swit­ches or buttons, another variant is used (185 x 38 mm). The standard front is simply replaced with the desi­red panel and the controller has a new design. This means you have the ideal tool for user-friendly design.

Corporate symbols and special lette­ring according to your specifications are not a problem. Thanks to the app­lied laser lettering technology the indivi­dual design of small and medium numbers of instruments is possible

The controllers TLZ and TLK are equipped with a TTL interface for trans­ferring operating parameters. Stand-alone or PC-aided parameterisation is possible. The programming key KEY 01 loads and saves a master configuration which can then be transferred to other controllers.

The programming key KEY 02 enables you to alter operating parameters via PC and software.
