SCALANCE X-200 managed
The managed switches of the SCALANCE X-200 product line are extremely suitable for the configuration of linear, star and ring structures (10/100 Mbit/s).
They are dustproof and splashproof (protection class IP65), take up less space in the control cabinet thanks to their compact design and make it easy to expand the network due to their configuration.
SCALANCE X-200 switches permit high network availability, as theyenable ring redundancy when combined with SCALANCE X-400/X-200IRT or OSM/ESM as a redundancy manager.
The C-PLUG swap medium enables you to replace a device without using a programming device; the engineering/configuration and application data are stored on the C-PLUG and can be implemented into another SCALANCE X-200 switch without any special knowledge being required.
SCALANCE X-200 switches are available in electrical and electrical/optical versions. Since both versions can be used together within a network, it is possible to achieve transitions between electrical and optical circuits.

■ SCALANCE X204-2 with four electrical ports and two optical ports
