Electric Side Seated Reach Truck M 1200 / M 1200-S

The side seated ride-on reach truck is the most flexible product we offer. With its compact design, tight right angle stacking requirements, capacities up to 2000kg and 7400mm fork elevations the M 1200 offers a solution for almost every application. The M 1200 is the ideal link between warehousing and production. The 48V ASM-AC motors offer exceptional performance, exten­ded battery life between charging cycles and reduced downtime.

Operator compartment

Sichelschmidt understands that a com­fortable work environment increases productivity and safety by minimizing the risk of operator fatigue and dis­comfort. With this in mind the operator compartment of M-1200 is ergonomi-cally designed and offers exceptional luxury. All functions can be found intui­tively and the clear view mast provides operators unprecedented visibility.

Steering

The silent running hydraulic power steering of the M-1200 offers provides effortless maneuvering.

Brake system

Three independent brake systems gua­rantee a high standard of safety. The foot operated hydraulic brake initiates the drive and load wheel brake systems. Releasing the drive pedal or changing directions activates the drive motor-based regenerative brake system. Last but no least the electro-hydraulic brake stops the truck from moving when the unit is parked.

Wheel options

As an all-purpose stacker the M-1200 can be used both indoor and outdoor. For indoor operations we offer solid Vulkollan wheels that maximize lifting height capabilities and truck stability. In case a customers wants to use the M-1200 mostly outdoor we recommend the use of super elastic tires to avoid excessive tire wear and which increase operator comfort. For those applicati­ons where the M-1200 use is divided between indoor and outdoor we recom­mend solid pneumatic tires, which increase the stability and allowable fork elevation while offering increased com­fort and decreased tire wear when being used outdoor.
