FTIR is an analytical technique of increasing importance and is used in a wide range of application areas for qualitative analyses as well as quanti­tative determinations. Numerous measuring accessories are available for just about any analytical require­ment, whether for NIR-, MIR- or FIR range measurements or for the deter­mination of aggregation states of sample materials. Quantitative deter­minations require accessories that are easy to use and that lead to reproducible results, for instance single-reflectance units.

Analysen mit der FTIR-Technik sind sehr umfangreich geworden. Neben qualitative Analysen sind die Gehalts­bestimmungen getreten. Es gibt zahl­reiche Mess-Zusätze für fast jede Anforderung, ob für die Messbereiche NIR, MIR oder FIR oder für den Aggre­gatszustand des Probenmaterials. Gehaltsbestimmungen erfordern ein Zubehör, das einfach zu bedienen ist und reproduzierbar arbeitet, wie zum Beispiel Einfach-Reflexionseinheiten.
