Schaevitz® T435 ‘L’ Series DC-Operated, Gravity-Referenced Servo Inclinometer with 4 to 20mA output 1 Ringway Centre, Edison Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 6YH, United Kingdom Tel: +44 (0) 870 444 0728 Fax: +44 (0) 870 444 0729 Email: sales@sherbornesensors.com Website: www.sherbornesensors.com T435 'L' - Iss 3.doc Features • Fully self-contained - connect to a DC power source and a readout or control device for a complete operating system • 4-20mA proportional to sine of the angle of tilt • ±3° to ±90° ranges available • Extremely rugged, withstands 1500g shock Applications • Bore-hole mapping, dam and rock shifts and other geophysical, seismic and civil engineering studies • Applications where space is limited T435 ‘L’ The T435 Series is a high precision closed loop gravity referenced tilt sensor designed for down-hole logging or for use where overall space is limited. Measuring only 61mm high and less than 37mm in diameter, models are available in a variety of ranges. Solder pin terminations are standard. The 4-20 mA, output is specifically designed for electrically noisy environments or where the inclinometer output signal must travel a long distance. The inclinometer operates on a single 24 VDC supply and the output series load resistance can be as high as 400D. The output current is proportional to the sine of the tilt angle.
