Ltd ("Zhongji" in short) was established in 1992. Our company has 3 factories located at the Qingpu and Jiading Industrial Zone in Shanghai which cover a total area of 70,000 square meters of land, with more than 600 staffs and workers. As the leading and reliable manufacturer of EPS.EPP, 3D Panel and PU Sandwich Panel Machines, we are mainly engaged in the research & development of our products, machine manufacturing, plant designing, and talent training. We are the first drafter of the China National Standards During the past 20 years, we passed and had been approved for the CE certificate, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate, and have more than 50 patents. In May,2009, the President of Zhongji, Mr. Gunther ShuQi Hou, and the German CEO of JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH, Mr. Kurt Albrecht, signed an angreement in Germany for the production of EPS block moulding machine in Shanghai. In 1960, the first EPS Block Molding Machine in the world was manufactured by JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH Plant in Austria. Since then, more than 200 EPS Pre-Expanders, 500 EPS Block Moulding Machines, 50 EPS Cutting Machines were manufactured there. In June of 2012,the general manager of Zhongji, Mr. Yonghui Li signed the Agreement with the President of Alessiohitech S.R.L, Mr. Gianni Franco Alessio, in Milan of Italy, the Joint venture will make EPS and EPP shape molding machine in ShanghaLAIessiohitech S.R.L will send italian engineers permanently in Shanghai and share all the technical data and the trade mark with Zhongji.Surely, the cooperation has greatly enhanced the quality and customer service system of Zhongji worldwide. The double belt continuous sandwich panel line can produce PU fire-proof board, door board, PU + Mineral wool sandwich panels, and high standard rock wool sandwich panels. PU high pressure foaming machines have different adjustment range.
