Setrab cooling packs with aluminiumcoolers have been developed to occupythe smallest possible area withoutcompromising on strength and per- formance.Many of our cooling packs are in-stalled in the engineering industry, the vehicle industry and other specializedbranches of industry.Setrab cooling packs are primarilyused for cooling hydraulic oils andmotor oils in stationary plants andslow-moving vehicles such as road construction machines.Our cooling packs are available inseveral designs giving a dissipation of 1-20 kW and working pressures of upto 25 bar. We are also able to provideour customers with a computerized calculation printout which will advisethe performance of a specific coolingpack with given parameters.Our knowledgeable specialists are atyour disposal and will help you tochoose the right cooling pack for each individual case.

The structure of thecooling pack

We have been manufacturing coolersand cooling systems for industrial andvehicle applications for many years.Since we ourselves manufacture the coolers, which are the core of thecooling pack, we have complete controlof the entire production process. This, together with our unique modularmanufacturing system, means maxi-mum flexibility and peace of mine for you when you order and use ourproducts.Cooling elements are manufacturedby the Nocolok brazing process. Wehave many years‚ experience of thismanufacturing method, which gives high-strength joints and thus ensuresmaximum durability. Two different designs

Our series of cooling packs includes the standard cooler STD and the combina- tion cooler COM, with the followingcharacteristics:• Setrab CP STD The maximum static working pressure is10 bar. Certified testing at workingpressures of 0-10 bar, 200,000 pressure fluctuations, 1 Hz.• Setrab CP COMThe maximum static working pressure is 25 bar. Certified testing at working pres-sures of 0-15 bar, 5 million pressurefluctuations, 2 Hz. Besides the standard connection asshown in the table, the cooling pack canbe fitted with other connections on request. If necessary, the connectionscan also be changed from the standardlocation.

Setrab cooling packs are CE-marked,conforming to the directives stated in89/392/EEC, LVD 73/23/EEC, EMC 89/ 336/EEC.
