The Checkweigher is the ideal solution for your inventory control, packaging, quality and material handling applications when high accuracy and resolution are impera- tive to customer satisfaction and your bottom line.Users simply select a target weight orcount for filling operations and the the over/under tolerence. The Checkweigher automatically signals the operator when the load is on target. The intelligently designed user interface provides readable prompts in clear English which guides even the most inexperienced operator through checkweighing tasks. The Checkweigher offers a full range of capacities and a database that allows long-term storage of up to 1800 part numbers with their associated low, target and high average piece weight. The op- tional relay box is optically isolatedand provides 3 outputs and 2 digital inputs and the optional light tree provides com- pact visible indication.
