A reliable and compact body

Based on the concept of horizontal machining center, the structure is characterised by reduced dynamic masses and elevated rigidity. The Serrtech machining equipment is compact and equipped with a large working area. Thanks to advanced analysis in the planning stages, the M3 model guarantees high level of resistance against mechanical deformations.

The balance

The Z axis is balanced by two-side compressed air cylinders which nullify burdening loads during the move- ments and mechanical workings. These also eliminate the micrometric feed of the Z axis, caused by occa- sional interruptions of electric po- wer.
