FastTracer
Triaxial vibrations analyser
FastTracer is the triaxial device that has deeply innovated the world of mechanics by spreading the culture of vibrations thanks to different factors: cheapness, simplicity and performance.
Thanks to the direct communication on the USB port and to the use of PC as user's interface ft offers a calculation capacity that is higher than other systems, an easy data storage and the sharing of the analyses via Internet.
Triaxial analysis
Thanks to the technology of the acquisition of the signal through MEMS capacitive sensors the FastTracer is highly miniaturised. The possibility to analyse the vibration on the three axes and in each of their combinations permits to have immediately complete and in-depth information of the analysed behaviour
• Precision and semplicity
The FastTracer is addressed to the expert operator that is interested in the complete knowledge of the behaviour to be analysed but, thanks to the user-friendly interface, it is very easy to be used from the maintenance operator whose only interest is the comparison with fixed thresholds. Thanks to the dedicated PC software and to the simple and intuitive user-friendly interface it is possible to have an overall knowledge of the vibration with analysis in time and frequency and with the automatic measurement of RMS, acceleration, speed and displacement.

• Visualisation and data storage
The data that are acquired in real time are visualised on the screen in different and simultaneous ways and can be simply stored in the PC memory for further analysis. The vibration data can be exported in an Excel file and this permits at any time post-processing the behaviour and to create automatically tables and elaboration graphs.
