| The above mentioned products were calibrated to meet the specifications according to the corresponding Sensirion data sheet. Each device is individually calibrated and tested after calibration. Only devices which 100% pass the specifications defined in the data sheet are released. As transfer standard for the SDPx000 calibration, Furness Controls type FC0510-200, FC0510-2000, and FC0510-20000 Microprocessor Micromanometers are used. These instruments are themselves subject to a scheduled calibration procedure and traceable to national standards. |
