SG-634/W-77
Product Description
SG-634/W-77 is a two-piece induction innerseal that provides a peelable seal to polyethylene,
polypropylene, PVC, polystyrene, and ABS containers. It is designed for use in plastic caps in
conjunction with induction sealing equipment. After induction sealing, the W-77 closure liner remains in
the cap as a high quality, chemically resistant reseal liner.
Typical Applications
Typical applications include innerseals for milk, water, juices, glass cleaners, pharmaceuticals, etc. where
a peelable seal is desired. Resistance to specific packaged product should be determined by compatibility
testing. This heat sealable surface is generally resistant to weak acids and bases. Swelling or solubilization
of the coating may occur in the presence of some organic solvents.
