Product Description
BA600 is a two-piece induction innerseal, which provides a fused, tamper evident seal
to polyethylene containers. It is designed for use in plastic caps in conjunction with
induction heat sealing equipment. After induction sealing, and removal of the sealed layer, the
liner remains in the cap as a high quality, chemically resistant reseal liner.
Typical Applications
Typical applications include innerseals for bleach, cough syrup, over-the-counter
medications, pharmaceuticals and motor oil.

Composition Special Notation: BA600 is commonly wax bonded to 0.020", 0.030" and
0.035" white-lined pulpboard.
SG-573/W-77 innerseal is available printed with a generic or custom message.

Oxygen Permeability <0.01cc/100 in˛/24 h ASTM D-3985
Color of facing – aluminum
Regulatory Status: -- All components of the above mentioned innerseal are regulated by
the Food and Drug Administration as indirect food additives under appropriate paragraphs of
the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21. Access to the Drug Master File and a letter
outlining specific FDA regulatory status is available on request.
Storage & Handling: Wax-bonded innerseals and lined closures are heat sensitive. Transit
and storage at elevated temperatures can result in the facing separating from the backing
material. It is recommended that these products and lined closures are stored between 60-85°F
(15-30°C) and 40-60% relative humidity. Storage at temperatures outside these limits increases
