Description Uni-Foam® EPE 25 faced both sides 20 micron Polypropylene film/polyolefin film/20 micron laquered aluminium foil/heatseal coating for sealing to glass, polythene, polypropylene, polyester and PVC. Note: Special glass treatment is not required. Overall Thickness: 1.60mm Tolerances: Thickness: +/-0.15 mm Tape Width: +/-0.80 mm Diameter: +/-0.15 mm (refers to pre-cut liners) 2. Components and their Conformance to Food Regulations A. Base Material: Nominal:- Polypropylene film Polymer 20 gsm Uni-Foam® EPE 25 Caliper -1.45 mm;Density 0.25 gm/cc: Shore Hardness 70 Polymer 20 gsm Polypropylene film Polypropylene film and polymers meet FDA 21CFR 177.1520 for Direct Contact with Food, the EEC Commission Directives 90/128EEC (1990) and 92/39/EEC (1992), Section A, UK 1992 No 3145 (The Plastics Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations) and with the BGA Empfehlungen III. l - Uni-Foam® EPE 25 meets FDA Regulation 21CFR 177.1210 for Closure Sealing Gaskets. B.
