Positive rod displacement technology insures precision and accuracy MicroShot® - For the production dispensing of small amounts of a single component adhesive, sealant, lubricant, or other fluid, specify the MicroShot. Accurate! The precision positive displacement meter dispenses consistently sized shots ranging in volume from .01cc through 2.0cc's - at the point of application. Adjustable A micrometer style adjustment allows you to alter, and lock in, the exact amount of material to be dispensed. You can also manually adjust how fast the material is dispensed. Single Component Materials The MicroShot will meter and dispense a broad range of single component materials (epoxy, silicone, urethane, sealants, grease/lubricants). Carbide power valves and the positive displacement meter piston make this unit ideal for dispensing materials with viscosities ranging from very thin through highly viscous and abrasive.
