Continuous Flow Metering Servo-Flo Gear Meter Precision Gear Metering Technology .. Ideal for continuous flow dispensing applications with little or no reload time .. Servo motor drive provide accurate bead profiles and shot volumes .. Bead profiles may be single diameter or multiple profile diameters .. Precision Gear Metering principle provides variable and accurate flow .. Flow control can be selectable or automation controlled .. Flow rate range is designed to customer’s production requirement .. Wide range of 1-component materials may be dispensed .. Closed-loop control ensure precision flow rates .. Accepts external input signal for automated or manual dispensing FEATURES • For bead and shot applications, the system accepts an external 0-10v analog signal to produce a precise bead profile or shot volume. The flow rate is variable during the dispense cycle. • For shot applications, create and select one of multiple preset shot sizes. And, create shot profiles which consist of several segments, each having its own volume and flow rate settings. • Job shot volumes and flow rates are selected and adjusted through the operator interface. • Volume monitoring verifies amount of material dispensed; usage data is collected and can be downloaded • Optional footswitch or electric hand trigger is available for manual dispensing or manual backup. • Contact closures, wired to terminals, are provided for status interlocks to customer.
