The 2600-068 assembly is designed to ensure a homogeneous mix occurs by combining the independent Part-A and Part-B flow control valves with a low cost disposable mixing chamber. Ideal for ensuring a correct mix and flow control of 2-component materials .. Uses standard plastic disposable mixing tubes which easily attach to the manifold .. Dual independent fluid control valves for part-A and part-B materials to start-stop dispense .. Independent No-Drip® control valves have tungsten carbide ball needle and seats for long life with abrasive materials .. Independent control valves are used instead of check valves which are prone to leak causing frequent maintenance issues .. Independent control valves may be individually controlled to reduce or eliminate lead-lag dispensing issues .. Independent control valves allow purging the mixer with air, part-A or part B material ..
