Leichtbauarm LWA 3 – Die dritte GenerationDie Einsatzmöglichkeiten des neu entwickelten Leichtbauarms LWA 3 sind vielseitig und erstrecken sich über die unterschiedlichsten Bereiche der Robotik: Inspektionssysteme, Logistik, Probenahme, Laborautomation, Servicerobotik, Mensch-Maschine-Interak tion und Einsatz auf mobilen Plattformen sind nur einige Beispiele.Seine Basis bilden die servoelektrischen Schwenkeinheiten PRL der PowerCube-Serie mit integrierter Motor-Controller-Einheit und durch- gehender Mittenbohrung für die Kabeldurchführung. In der Standard- ausführung ist der LWA 3 als 7-Achs-System erhältlich und verfügt über eine Traglast von nominal 10 kg. Hohes Maß an FlexibilitätDie offene Software-Architektur ermöglicht, jegliche Art von Endgeräten am servoelektrischen Handgelenk des „Armes“ anzuschließen und zu bedienen, z.B. The new servo-electric swivel units PRL of the PowerCube series with in-tegrated Motor-Controller unit and continuous center bore for the cable feed-through form its base. In the standard design, the LWA 3 is avail- able as a 7-axis system with load capabilities up to 10 kg.
